Fixed bugs information: DM system Firmware

No. Category Bugs Fixed FW Ver. Fixed Report
Function "Move to a memorized position" works when key pad operation is locked. 1.0.2 When key pad operation is locked, the operation of "Move to a memorized position" will be locked as well.
Function operation by pressing the button for 1 second needed to be hold about 2 seconds, because of the setting is determined by 12.5msec base. 1.0.2 Modified to 1 second, for function operation.
When drive channel is switched, the vertical/horizontal rate at angle is not changed. 1.0.2 When drive channel is switched, the vertical/horizontal rate at angle will be changed.
When processing a function, active drive channel and bank can be switched by communication. 1.0.2 When processing a function, active drive channel and bank can not be switched by communication.
If DISP(CH)SEL key is pressed while processing zero point adjustment, active drive channel and bank is switched, then the bank of zero point adjustment is displayed and subsequently varied the value. 1.0.2 In case DISP(CH)SEL key is pressed while processing zero point adjustment, displaying zero point adjustment will not be displayed.
Display When using DM-UD21-01, the depth on display works only a half of values. 1.0.2 When using DM-UD21-01, the correct values in depth will be displayed.
When displaying unit of "nm" is used, the displaying value is given incorrectly. 1.0.2 When displaying unit of "nm" is used, the displaying value will be given correctly.
After setting zero point arbitrarily, a certain range of depth values is given incorrectly when displaying less than 1µm. 1.0.2 The correct depth values will be given.
In case of error <Err-50s>, error message is only displayed on the 4th line. 1.0.2 In case of error <Err-50s>, both normal value and error message will be displayed alternately.
When drive module without a measurement unit is used, if the drive speed (frequency) is too fast, the actual driving distance and the displaying depth/coordinate is gapped on a grand scale. 1.0.2 When drive module without a measurement unit is used, the gap between the actual driving distance and the displaying depth/coordinate will be at a minimum.
When the angle is set at 0°, depth and vertical coordinate is occasionally not equaled. 1.0.2 When the angle is set at 0°, depth and vertical coordinate will be equaled.
When the angle is set at 90°, depth and horizontal coordinate is occasionally not equaled. 1.0.2 When the angle is set at 90°, depth and horizontal coordinate will be equaled.
Parameter When initializing parameters, rotary operation module is set as "DM-CR3-01". 1.0.2 When initializing parameters, rotary operation module is set as "none".
When operating parameter setting mode, the category; "rotary operation output ratio" is displayed. 1.0.2 Modified with #13 above.
When operating parameter setting mode, deleting memorized position is executed, the data in internal memory can not be deleted. 1.0.2 When operating parameter setting mode, deleting memorized position is executed, the data in internal memory will be also deleted.
After changing the setting of measurement card in parameter setting mode, measurement occasionally miscalculates. 1.0.2 After changing the setting of measurement card in parameter setting mode, measurement calculates correctly.
When operating parameter setting mode and using Set Drive, ±code of depth can not be changed. 1.0.2 When operating parameter setting mode and using Set Drive, ±code of depth can be changed.
When using single axis drive, the position setting of rotary operating unit can not be recorded. 1.0.2 When using single axis drive, the position setting of rotary operating unit can be recorded.
Communication When all axis use is selected with communication command 033, the response data does not include "Axis code." 1.0.2 When all axis use is selected with communication command 033, the response data includes "Axis code."
When read-response with communication command 067, data length is 13 byte. 1.0.2 When read-response with communication command 067, data length is 6 byte.
When drive control is performed by communication command, and the drive precision is changed, the depth value is displayed incorrectly. 1.0.2 When drive control is performed by communication command, and the drive precision is changed, the depth value is displayed correctly.
When read-response with communication command 064, data length is 13 byte. 1.0.2 When read-response with communication command 064, data length is 5 byte.
After the system causes a reception error in communication, communication occasionally does not get through any longer. 1.0.2 Modified to be able to recover from a reception error.
When read-response with communication command 012, data length is 8 byte. 1.0.2 When read-response with communication command 012, data length is 5 byte.
After changing the setting of measurement card with communication command 021, measurement occasionally miscalculates. 1.0.2 After changing the setting of measurement card with communication command 021, measurement calculates correctly.
When memorized position value is modified by communication command 084, the value is given incorrectly. 1.0.2 When memorized position value is modified by communication command 084, the value is given correctly.
When Lock or Motor Free is functioned, retract and move to a memorized position can be executed by communication. 1.0.2 When Lock or Motor Free is functioned, retract and move to a memorized position can not be executed.
Function When moving to a memorized position, the memorized angle is not effective. 1.1.3 Modified that the memorized angle becomes effective when moving to a memorized position.
When setting angle, next of 1° turns to be at 90°, not at 0°. 1.1.3 Modified the angle setting as follows; next of 1° changes to 0°. Next of 0° changes to 90°.
When entering the Parameter mode while the drive module is running, the drive module does not stop running. 1.1.3 Modified to stop the drive module running when entering the Parameter mode.
Display After the system is initialized, or when entering the Parameter mode, the display shows garbled characters, and it tends to be a frozen screen. 1.1.3 Modified to process the display initialization after the system is initialized, as well as when entering the Parameter mode.
Communication Communication command 022 has wrong writing-response. 1.1.3 Modified the writing-response of Communication command 022.
The model code of drive module receives unused code by communication, and it causes setting error. 1.1.3 Modified to reject the unused drive module code by communication.
If Communication command 127 is sent while Communication drive control is ON, it causes an error. 1.1.3 Modified to be able to process Communication command 127 while Communication drive control is ON.
Drive When using the drive module without sensor, there is a large margin of error between actual distance driven and the distance displayed at particular drive frequencies. 1.1.4 Modified to minimalize the margin of error.
Display At a specific timing, only a line of updating screen is displayed. 1.1.4 Modified to display updating screen correctly.
Drive When using the module, DM-UD21-01, the stepping motor loses steps and has a trouble with driving. 1.1.5 Modified that the motor will not lose steps when using the module, DM-UD21-01.
Display When using the module, DM-UD21-01, depth coordinate displays only a half range of its drive distance. 1.1.5 Modified to display the depth coordinate normally, when using the module, DM-UD21-01.
